Review:
The Danube River runs from Germany, through Austria, the Czech Republic and Hungary and finally wends its way to flow into the Black Sea. There must be something in that water, because it is from those countries that some of the most unbelievably beautiful women in the world seem to spring. Either it’s the water or they just shoot all the ugly chicks over there. Whatever the explanation, however, we get to reap the benefits when we see these drop-dead gorgeous women posing in all their glory on glamour sites like Hungarian Honeys.
The trend in porn for the last few years has seen it move more and more towards “reality” style videos and extreme, hardcore sex and big network pass-sites that try to throw everything at you except the kitchen sink, and I’ve even had one of those thrown at me. Don’t ask. In the face of sinking standards of quality and ever swelling levels of depravity, it comes as a breath of fresh air to find a site that still seems committed, first and foremost, to enjoying and basking in the wonder that is female beauty. Hungarian Honeys wants to be that kind of a website. Let’s see if they’ve got the goods.
Right off the bat I’m taken with how gorgeous the women are just on the welcome screen, but at first glance, the free tour of Hungarian Honeys makes the site look like it could be a Bait-and-Switch. They show you the main profile pics of maybe 20 admittedly stunning European beauties and allow you to see some sample pics from those girls’ galleries. The natural fear, of course, would be that once you get into the members section the quality could drop and you’re left holding your dick and looking at a bunch of dogs. The free tour of Hungarian Honeys, however, is more revealing than it first appears. If you click on the “More Honeys” link on the top right corner, you can gain access to their entire database of stars before you buy and be able to see what galleries they have, as well as two or three sample pics from each of the galleries for each of the stars. This makes for an incredibly informative tour and allows you to know exactly what you will get with your membership. In theory, when a website has nothing to hide, it speaks of a great confidence in their product and, again in theory, there should be no surprises when we do finally get into the members’ section. Let’s get to it.
Before I get into the way the site looks, the quality of the pics and vids or the navigation of the huge database of pornstars on Hungarian Honeys, I need to take a quick moment to talk about the most important thing of all: the talent. On this score there is simply no doubt; the Czech, Hungarian and Euro babes that they’ve got on this site are absolutely on fire. Any one of these girls could probably have made a name for themselves in mainstream modeling or media and it is really our dumb luck that they decided to entertain us in porn instead. If pics of glamour models posing nude in hot solo, lesbian or hardcore scenes turn you on, then Hungarian Honeys has the fix for your itch. Updates are posted daily, so there are always several new honeys coming online that are almost sure to make you buzz.
The first page of the members’ section is actually a bit of a bit of a mess. You can see all the usual suspects: the featured update, the update archive, some niche links, but they’re frenetic with their off-balance spacing and rapidly rotating thumbs. And, to top it all off, they are surrounded by pushy thumbs and links to the “bonus sites”, standard streaming feeds that offer fairly generic hardcore content. On the top of the main members’ page, however, are the two links that you really want: “Movies”, and “HoneyIndex”, as well as a drop down menu that helps you navigate the niches for the pics and movies. Personally, I’d skip straight to the HoneyIndex if I were you; this page is what the main members’ page should be, with easy navigation to your favorite stars and clear links to the other sections of the site (Honey School for teens and Pink Honey Flix for the movies).
Both the pics and the vids are great quality and can be viewed online or downloaded to your hard drive. Pics are available in .zip format for each of the sets. The only thing that I could complain about here is that the movies can only be downloaded in segments, not in full, and the thumbnail links for the movie segments don’t seem to be arranged in order. This was weird and I have no idea why they would do it, as it obliges you to puzzle out the order of the clips yourself (if you care about details like linear timelines for your action).
Overall, Hungarian Honeys is a website packed with tons of hot and sexy Euro babes and high quality (although non-exclusive) content, although the site suffers from an inexplicably backwards and haphazard organizational structure. There are many, many gems to be found here, so long as you are not overly picky as to the site’s substantial cosmetic shortcomings.
